Liability Statement
All exhibitors are advised that TAC does not maintain insurance covering Artists work. TAC cannot, and will not, assume any responsibility or liability relating to, loss of, or damage to, works of art while in the possession of TAC. By submitting one or more works of art, each exhibitor acknowledges and is deemed to have acknowledged that he or she has been advised of this, and accepts the risk. He or she should obtain his or her own insurance covering such work(s) of art if he or she wishes protection against loss or damage. The artist expressly relieves TAC, its officers, directors, and members from any liability with respect thereto.
